    • If you cancel your booking or reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be provided.

    • To cancel your booking or reservation, please log in to the Hireleap platform  and navigate to the "My Bookings" section.
    • Find the specific booking or reservation you wish to cancel and follow the provided cancellation instructions.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • If you are eligible for a refund according to our policy, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
    • Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
  5. Non-Refundable Situations:

    • Certain circumstances may deem a booking or reservation non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, special events, discounted rates, or promotional offers clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  6. Changes and Rescheduling:
